The Foundation works to make its website clear, usable, and available in English and French. The site supports keyboard navigation, visible focus, responsive layouts, and descriptive controls where implemented.

Archived documents and videos

Some preserved publications are English-only PDF documents and have not undergone a formal accessibility review. Preserved Access to Justice videos do not include captions or transcripts. These known limitations are identified so visitors can request help or another format.
