When you subscribe, the site stores your email address, your name if you provide it, the consent statement, the language and form location used, and the date of subscription.

Purpose and retention

This information is used to maintain the Foundation’s subscriber list and provide the email updates you consented to receive. Authorized staff may export the list to the external email service used to deliver those updates. A subscription record is retained in WordPress until you ask for removal or an authorized administrator deletes it.

Access and removal

Authorized administrators can export the subscriber list and delete individual records. The site also integrates the subscription records with WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools. Contact the Foundation using the email link below to request a copy of your newsletter information or its removal.
